MEP & ELV design outsourcing for consultants and contractors

We produce detailed design, shop drawings and automation documentation for engineering firms that need capacity without headcount. Fully remote delivery since 2017, 15+ years of founder engineering experience, IEC-based deliverables, 450+ completed projects — issued in your title blocks, for your engineers to review and sign.

Typical first step: a fixed-price pilot package. NDA signed before any file moves.

How we work

Remote delivery, run like a package on site

No discovery workshops and no onboarding project. The first deliverable is usually in your hands inside two weeks of the first call.

  1. 01

    NDA and scope

We sign your NDA or send ours, then agree the scope in writing: systems, sheet count, standards, title block, review cycle and dates. No work starts on a verbal brief.

  2. 02

    Pilot task

One floor, one system or one package at a fixed price. It tells you more about us than any credentials list, and it costs you a fraction of a package.

  3. 03

    Fixed-price package

Scope converted into a fixed price and a dated delivery schedule, issued in increments so your review load is spread and site is never waiting on a full set.

  4. 04

    Structured review

Comments come back as cloud markups on the drawings themselves, not as prose in an email thread, and every comment is tracked through to closure.

  5. 05

    Delivery in your standards

Native files in your title blocks, your layer standard and your sheet numbering, with the drawing register and calculation dossier. Your licensed engineers review and sign.

We work under your company's standards and templates. Deliverables are produced in your title blocks and issued for your internal review and sign-off by your licensed engineers. We are a design production partner, not an engineer of record, and we do not submit to authorities on your behalf.

Why outsource to us

The economics, stated plainly

Four reasons engineering managers move production work to us, with the numbers attached.

Cost advantage over local rates

A distributed team with no office overhead in Dubai or Singapore. You get GCC-standard documentation at a fraction of the local production cost, and you pay for output rather than for desks.

5 days

Typical ramp-up to a working team

Core engineers plus a vetted specialist pool already inducted on our internal standards. A package can scale from two engineers to eight inside a week, and scale back with a week of notice.

GMT+7

Same working day as Dubai

Our delivery base runs three hours ahead of Dubai. Your morning question is answered before your lunch, and overnight work lands on your desk when you open it.

EN

English-speaking project management

One project manager who runs the package, joins your review calls, writes the query log and answers your engineers directly. No translation layer between you and the people drawing.

EPLAN

Schematics in EPLAN, not just CAD

We work natively in EPLAN Electric P8 alongside AutoCAD and Revit — the capability most outsourcing partners do not have. Terminal plans, cable schedules and parts lists are generated from the schematic database, so a late device change updates every report instead of leaving one stale.

Selected projects

What the work looks like

Framed by facility type rather than client name — most of our work sits under NDA. Volumes and durations are as delivered.

Standards we design to

IEC-based deliverables, adapted to your regional requirements

Our documentation baseline is the IEC framework that underpins most GCC and Southeast Asian regulation, with fire and cabling design to the codes your authority expects.

  • IEC 60364
    Low-voltage electrical installations
  • IEC 61439
    LV switchgear and controlgear assemblies
  • IEC 62305
    Protection against lightning
  • NFPA 72
    Fire alarm and signaling code
  • EN 54
    Fire detection and alarm systems
  • TIA-568 / 569
    Structured cabling and pathways
  • BICSI TDMM
    Telecom distribution design practice
  • ISO/IEC 11801
    Generic cabling for customer premises
  • IEC 61131-3
    PLC programming languages
  • ISO 19650
    BIM information management

We design to the IEC framework that underpins GCC and Southeast Asian regulation, and we work from your authority's checklist — DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence or your local equivalent — where you supply one. Statutory submission stays with your licensed local engineers.

Low-risk entry

Start with a pilot, not a framework agreement

A single-floor shop drawing package or one system design, at a fixed price agreed in advance. You see our drawings, our query log and our review discipline on your own project, at a cost that does not need a procurement process.

If the package does not meet your review threshold, you do not pay for it.

  • Scope, price and delivery date fixed in writing before we start
  • Produced in your title block and standards from the first sheet
  • One round of comments included, closed within five working days
  • Your files stay yours — native sources delivered, NDA signed first
  • Request a pilot quote
