BIM/CAD Production Support
Sometimes what you need is not a design partner but production capacity: engineers and drafters who work inside your model, on your standards, under your BIM execution plan, for as long as the peak lasts. We provide that capacity in AutoCAD, Revit and EPLAN Electric P8, with the engineering background to understand what is being drawn rather than just copying geometry. The EPLAN capability is the one most outsourcing partners do not have — it is what lets us take on electrical and control schematic production, not only layout drafting.

How the engagement works
Production support runs differently from a design package. Instead of a fixed-scope deliverable, you get an agreed number of engineer-weeks, a named team, and a defined working rhythm built around a daily hand-off. Work happens in your environment: your cloud model, your file naming, your issue process. We do not build a parallel version of your project.
Access and data handling
Most clients give us access through their own BIM 360 / ACC, Sharepoint or equivalent environment, under named accounts they control and can revoke. Where a client prefers not to grant model access, we work from exported files on a controlled exchange folder. NDA is signed before any project data moves, as a default rather than on request.
EPLAN, and why it matters
Most drafting partners can hold a Revit model or clean up an AutoCAD set. Far fewer can work in EPLAN Electric P8, which is where electrical and control schematics actually get produced for anyone building panels to European or Gulf practice.
Working natively in EPLAN changes what you get back. Device tags, terminal numbers and cable references are database entries rather than text on a page, so terminal plans, cable schedules and parts lists are generated from the schematic instead of being typed alongside it and drifting out of step. Change a device once and every report that mentions it updates. For a panel builder, that is the difference between a document set they can quote from and one they have to re-check.
We take EPLAN work three ways: production inside your existing project and templates, a new project set up from your standard, or migration of a legacy AutoCAD or scanned schematic set into a structured EPLAN project with proper part master data.
Engineers who draft, not drafters who guess
Our production team sits inside the same engineering practice that does the design work. When a drafter hits something that does not make sense — a device with no power supply, a duct route with no available depth, a schedule that contradicts a layout — it gets raised as a query instead of being drawn as found. That single habit removes most of the rework that makes outsourced drafting expensive.
Scaling up and down
Team size is reviewed weekly. Ramping up takes about five working days, because new engineers are drawn from a vetted pool that has already been through our internal standards induction. Ramping down takes one week’s notice. You pay for the capacity you use during the peak, not for the trough on either side of it.
