Electrical Design
We produce electrical design and detailed design packages for buildings and industrial facilities: LV distribution from the incomer to the final circuit, lighting and small power layouts, earthing and lightning protection, and the calculations that justify every one of them. Deliverables are built for review — each single-line diagram is backed by cable sizing, volt drop and fault level calculations that a checking engineer can follow line by line.
Scope of work
- LV power distribution: single-line diagrams, distribution board schedules, load schedules and diversity assessment

Calculations you can defend in review
Every electrical package we issue comes with its calculation dossier. Cable sizing shows the method, the derating factors applied and the reference table used. Volt drop is calculated to the furthest point of each circuit, not estimated at the board. Fault levels are traced from the source impedance through each distribution level, and protective devices are checked for both breaking capacity and discrimination. When your checking engineer questions a conductor size, the answer is in the dossier at the referenced page.
Regional requirements
We design to the IEC framework that underpins GCC and Southeast Asian regulation, and we work from your authority’s checklist — DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence or your local equivalent — where you supply one. To be clear about scope: we produce the documentation and adapt it to the applicable requirements. Statutory submission stays with your licensed local engineers.
Schematics in EPLAN, not in a drawing editor
Where a project wants board and panel schematics rather than single-line diagrams alone, we produce them natively in EPLAN Electric P8. Device tags, terminal numbers and cable references live in the project database, so terminal plans, cable schedules and parts lists are generated from the schematic rather than maintained beside it. A late device change propagates to every report instead of leaving one of them stale — which is the failure mode that sends a panel builder back with questions.
If your standard is AutoCAD, we work in AutoCAD. The point is that EPLAN is available when the deliverable justifies it, which is not something most outsourcing partners can offer.
Lighting that survives the mock-up
Illuminance calculations are only useful when the assumptions match the built room. We model actual room surfaces and maintenance factors rather than defaults, produce point-by-point output for critical spaces, and issue the calculation files alongside the layouts so the results can be re-run when a finish specification changes.
Interfaces with ELV and mechanical
Electrical and ELV are designed by the same team here, which removes an entire class of interface error: power supplies to ELV panels, fire alarm interfaces to the distribution boards, and containment sharing are resolved between our own engineers before issue rather than raised as RFIs after it.
